Bent Creek House

       This amazing ranch style house really has it all! 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, less than 5 minutes from the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway and two minutes from the new outlet mall. It has a heavenly hot tub, pool table, TV/Movie room with 65" flat screen TV, large fenced backyard with fire pit and a new outdoor screened in porch. And here's an unexpected bonus: you can see the Biltmore Estate from the deck!

   The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the modern large appliances: dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven and the basics in dishes, small appliances (including a Keurig AND traditional coffee maker), utensils, cookware and spices. Three of the bedrooms are on the main floor. The large master bedroom on the main floor has a comfy king size bed and an attached half bath. The other two main floor bedrooms each have queen size beds and the main full bath is easily accessed from the hall. The lower level bedroom has a king size bed with a full bathroom. The living room has two large leather sofas and a 50” flat screen with cable and free Netflix. There are two fireplaces-a gas in the living room and an electric in the lower level TV room-will provide you with plenty of warmth on those chilly mountain evenings. Charcoal grill and plenty of seating on the deck which overlooks the backyard and long range mountain views. Newly built screened in patio area next to house with festive lighting and large picnic table with seating for 8. Huge fenced in back yard with fruit trees, berry bushes and large fire pit. You can bring your dog (up to two for a $75 dog fee)-please no cats. In addition to the bedroom, the lower level is a walk out to the back yard and has a pool table and a TV room with a 65" Smart TV. Just out the sliding doors is the amazing hot tub. WiFi is reliable.

Lively downtown Asheville is less than 10 minutes away and has an abundance of shops and Art Galleries and its restaurants are world famous. On the southwest edge of Asheville, you're minutes from the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway with its many trail heads and spectacular views. Biltmore Village and Estate is 15 minutes away and trendy West Asheville with it's funky shops and restaurants is about 5 minutes away by car. Hiking, rafting and zip lining is in all directions.

This house is perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing, peaceful vacation away from the demands of city life.

This home is wonderful. We especially loved the fire pit, watching ET on the huge tv downstairs, using the telescope to see the Biltmore and playing pool/air hockey. Everything was clean, cozy and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to questions. I highly recommend this home and would love to stay here again.

Honestly, I could gush about this house for hours but basically all you need to know is this is a home, not a quickly put together rental, it has all the amenities we were looking for and even ones we weren’t. It gave us the peace and vacation we were looking for. I can’t wait to go again.

PS- You must try the hot tub! My husband and I lived in it after the kids went to bed.

Owners were very friendly and helpful. The 2 driveways for multiple cars was very convenient. Nice beds, fireplace, good TV's and the game room was a nice touch as well. It was cold out so the hot tub and outside fire pit came in handy and there was plenty of firewood provided. The dog loved the fenced in back yard. The house is even equipped with a telescope for viewing the stars and The Biltmore Estate! Close to the shopping outlets and hiking trails and only a quick uber ride from down town. We loved everything about it, and we would absolutely stay here again!
